Student Voice is integral to the success of the school, we take students' opinions and passions extremely seriously. Students said they wanted the Sciences and The Arts. Darwin Middle School has added the "A" to STEM and we are proud to be going full STEAM ahead.

We are the leading, STEAM provider within the Northern Territory context with extensive science laboratories, robotics, science and engineering, arts and mathematics programs and services being integral to the school’s operations.

Our focus will engage students and equip them with critical thinking, problem solving, creative and collaborative skills. This will ultimately establish connections between the school, work site, community and the global economy.

As the leading CBD middle school in the Northern Territory we cater to highly articulate people who have passions and skills as artists, instrumentalists and desires to participate in thespian activities.
