Purpose of CCTV System
Our school uses Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) for the safety and security of our students, staff, and visitors. The primary purpose of the CCTV system is to monitor and record activity within and around the school premises to:
- Prevent and detect crime.
- Ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
- Protect school property and assets.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents or accidents.
The images captured by the CCTV system are strictly for security purposes and will not be used to invade the privacy of individuals.
Location of CCTV Cameras
CCTV cameras are positioned in strategic locations across the school premises, both inside and outside the buildings, to ensure comprehensive coverage. These include:
- Entrance and exit points.
- Hallways and corridors.
- School grounds.
- Car parks and external areas.
- Computer labs and meeting rooms.
